Octatools is not responsible for any fees or charges issued by the customers bank. In case of a returned or voided payment Octatools will directly charge the card on file for overdue balances.
Subscription Contract:
When signing up for a Octatools subscription you acknowledge that your subscription has an automatic renewal policy. All subscriptions will be auto-renewed and billed in the first week of your renewal month. All subscriptions will auto renew to the previously purchased subscription term. By using this site, you hereby agree to the automatic renewal and take responsibility for all recurring charges accrued prior to cancellation. Customers can cancel their subscriptions at anytime by visiting their account settings page, or by emailing info@octatools.com. Customers who cancel will have their access revoked to the Octatools premium tools. Octatools reserves the right to cancel, or void any customer subscriptions at anytime. Violations of the privacy policy or terms of use may be subject to cancellation and account suspension.
Refund Policy:
We do not offer full or partial refunds for our subscription service. If your subscription has already started we will not provide a partial refund for your remaining subscription term. We do understand that there are extenuating circumstances and will do our best to provide a solution to problems on a case by case basis. Octatools offers a digital subscription so no shipping is required. You will receive an email that contains login credentials immediately upon receipt of payment.
